How to choose magnetostrictive displacement sensor?
(1) Strong reliability: because the magnetoelastic displacement sensor adopts the waveguide principle, with built-in waveguide wire, there is no mechanical movable part, so there is no conflict and wear. The whole converter is enclosed in a stainless steel tube, and the measuring medium non touch sensor is reliable and has a long service life.
(2) The waveguide wire has obvious Wiedemann effect. The liquid level position / displacement sensor made of magnetoelastic wire has the advantages of anti-interference, high sensitivity, non touch, adaptability to harsh environments, large range and so on. It has been widely used in liquid level measurement of oil depots, liquid chemical raw materials and so on, in aerospace nuclear industry, precision machine tools, steam Automobile industry, water treatment and other fields also have a broad application prospect.
(3) High accuracy: because the magnetoelastic displacement sensor operates with waveguide pulse, and the measured displacement is determined by measuring the time of the start pulse and the end pulse, the measurement accuracy is high, and the resolution is better than 0.05% FS, which is difficult to achieve with other sensors. Compared with the traditional single flange liquid level transmitter, its advantage is that it is not affected by the change of temperature and medium viscosity.
(4) Good security: explosion proof of magnetoelastic displacement sensor. High performance, intrinsic safety, explosion-proof, application security, especially suitable for the measurement of chemical raw materials and flammable liquids. When measuring, there is no need to open the tank cover to avoid the insecurity of manual measurement, remove the process, and there is no need to open the tank to avoid running, emitting, dripping and leaking.
